At 5feet11, we want you to feel confident in every garment you wear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
